The name originates from the <a href=\"https:\/\/oldaalten.nl\/religie\/kloosters\/klooster-schaer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schaer Monastery<\/a> that once stood here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2019t Klooster is a relatively new rural district within the municipality of Aalten, as the area was considered part of <a href=\"https:\/\/oldaalten.nl\/en\/farmsteads\/farmsteads-in-barlo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Barlo<\/a> until 1980.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listed below are the farms currently known to us and which we believe belong to \u2019t Klooster.
