Dillenburgstraat in Aalten is named after Dillenburg Castle, the birthplace of William of Orange and therefore regarded as the cradle of the Dutch royal house.
The street name was adopted in 1933, when several streets in Aalten were given names referring to the royal family and Dutch history.
