Moerveldweg once ran south-westwards from the area around Nijverheidsweg, roughly where the veterinary practice now stands, towards Zomerweg. Several farms stood along the road, most of which disappeared around the year 2000 to make way for the expansion of the ’t Broek industrial estate.

Today, only a sandy track remains along the western edge of the industrial estate. Several former addresses at the beginning of Moerveldweg can now be found on Nijverheidsweg.
